Declaration of Conflict-Free Mineral Products
Our company is committed to a detailed investigation of our supply chain to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn) are not extracted from mines in conflict zones of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or acquired through illegal smuggling routes by non-governmental militias or illegal groups.
Furthermore, metals exported from the following countries do not comply with the “Conflict-Free Regulation”: Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, and Kenya (the United Nations Security Council has identified all the above countries as sources of minerals from the Congolese mines).
Conflict Minerals Policy
- Do not purchase conflict minerals originating from conflict regions.
- Require suppliers to refuse the use of conflict minerals from conflict regions.
- Demand that suppliers manage their upstream and downstream suppliers and comply with the requirements for conflict-free minerals.
- Our company makes every effort to control the source of materials, refusing the use of conflict minerals from conflict regions.
